Welcome to Strong Medicine Club

Hi, we're Helen and Phil, join us as we share our love for evidence-based strength training for women, older adults, and strength athletes.

Whatever your aspiration or goal we aim to inspire confidence, help you learn new skills, make friends with like minded people, have fun, and support you in your strength building journey.

As qualified strength coaches with British Powerlifting and British Weightlifting we run small group strength training sessions and strength coaching in-person and online.

Strong Medicine Club is an invitation only community. If you would like to join our small group training sessions or engage us for personal coaching please get in touch.

We will arrange a time with you for a free consultation and movement assessment so you can begin to build your strength with a clear plan based on your aspirations and goals.

We currently run our small group sessions from DB’s Gym in Crosshills, North Yorkshire,

and Bingley Barbell Club in Bingley, West Yorkshire.

Membership

  • Drop-In

    Perhaps you can only join us once a week. Then a drop-in might be best for you.

    £10 per session.

    £50 per month - T&C’s apply
